ChairWellness currently uses a standard delivery charge of $724.99 for eligible massage chairs and oversized products delivered to eligible addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C.
The $724.99 charge is not presented as a universal shipping charge for every product sold on ChairWellness. Smaller or standard products may have different delivery arrangements when applicable.
The applicable delivery charge is displayed during checkout before payment is submitted. Customers can review the product price, delivery charge, applicable taxes and total order amount before completing the purchase.
Product pages may contain additional information about availability, fulfillment location, delivery method, estimated delivery time, product dimensions and delivery requirements.
If a product has shipping conditions that differ from the standard information described in this policy, the applicable product page, checkout information or order confirmation will identify those conditions before purchase.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received and any required order verification has been completed.
Processing time is separate from transit and delivery time. An order is considered shipped when it has been transferred to the applicable carrier or delivery service.

- Weekends and U.S. holidays are generally not counted as processing days.

ChairWellness currently charges a standard $724.99 delivery fee for eligible massage chairs and oversized products delivered to eligible addresses within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C.
The $724.99 charge is intended as the standard delivery charge for eligible massage chairs and oversized products. It does not mean that every product sold on ChairWellness necessarily carries the same shipping charge.
Where the $724.99 standard charge applies, the charge does not increase solely because the destination is located in a different eligible U.S. state.
The applicable delivery charge is displayed during checkout before the customer submits payment.

Fulfillment & Shipping Origin
ChairWellness sells products through chairwellness.com. Depending on the product, inventory availability and fulfillment arrangement, an order may be fulfilled from ChairWellness inventory, directly from a manufacturer or through a fulfillment or distribution partner.
Because fulfillment arrangements can vary by product, the physical shipping origin may differ between products.
Product-Level Fulfillment Disclosure
Where fulfillment origin or arrangement is material to the delivery timeframe, delivery method or customer expectations, the applicable product page should identify the relevant fulfillment arrangement or shipping region before purchase.
Manufacturer / Distribution Fulfillment
Some products may be shipped directly by the manufacturer or an authorized fulfillment or distribution partner. In those cases, the order is still placed through ChairWellness and the applicable shipment information will be provided to the customer.
Shipping Origin & Delivery Charge
For eligible massage chairs and oversized products, the standard $724.99 delivery charge applies regardless of the applicable fulfillment origin unless the product page or checkout specifically states a different shipping arrangement.

The carrier and delivery method are selected according to the product's size, weight, destination, service requirements and fulfillment arrangement.
ChairWellness does not represent that every order will be shipped through one specific carrier. The applicable carrier may vary by product and shipment.
Freight Carrier
Large and oversized products, including many massage chairs, may require freight transportation because of their size and weight.
Specialized Delivery
Certain products may require appointment-based or specialized delivery depending on the product, destination and service available for the shipment.
Carrier identification
The actual carrier used for an order may vary. ChairWellness does not identify a specific carrier unless that carrier is actually used or otherwise confirmed for the applicable shipment.
When carrier information becomes available, ChairWellness or the applicable fulfillment partner will provide the carrier name and available tracking, shipment-reference or appointment information.

Alaska and Hawaii are included in the stated nationwide coverage unless a specific product page or checkout notice states otherwise.
U.S. territories and international destinations are outside the standard nationwide delivery coverage unless ChairWellness separately confirms delivery availability and applicable terms before purchase.
Delivery availability, delivery method and estimated transit time may vary depending on the product and destination.

Backorders & Inventory Delays
If a product is not currently available, the applicable product page may indicate that it is backordered, has limited availability or is subject to delayed fulfillment.
Any estimated availability or fulfillment timeframe is based on information available to ChairWellness at the time and may change.
If an existing order cannot be shipped within the timeframe previously communicated to the customer, ChairWellness will notify the customer of the delay and revised expected shipment timeframe when available.
When a shipment delay requires a customer choice under applicable law, the customer will be provided with the applicable option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.
