Shipping & Delivery

ChairWellness currently uses a $724.99 flat-rate delivery charge for eligible product orders shipped within the United States, including orders shipped within Florida.

The applicable delivery charge is intended to be presented clearly before the customer completes the purchase.

ChairWellness does not advertise free delivery under this shipping policy. Any product-specific delivery terms displayed on the applicable product page or during checkout should be reviewed before payment is submitted.

Delivery remains subject to product availability, carrier service, destination serviceability and other fulfillment requirements.

Orders & Order Acceptance

Submitting an order through the ChairWellness website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under the terms displayed during checkout.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that ChairWellness has accepted the order for fulfillment. ChairWellness may review an order before shipment.

An order may be declined, limited or cancelled when reasonably necessary, including where:
